Gir-Chu uses Thunderbolt

Although the idea of turning Gir's dog costume into a Pikachu [or a Pichu because of Gir's plack arms & legs] isn't original, my friend wanted me to draw "Gir-Chu" in a crazier pose. So after a couple of weeks, I finally got to her request.
